Senior Pastor - Wes NorrisWes, alongside his wife Naomi, has been leading Full Life Church since 2023. Wes and Naomi are passionate about helping others to live for Jesus, creating community as they do so.
Wes has been in ministry since 2010 serving in a number of Churches and communities in London and Manchester. Wes and Naomi moved home to Full Life Church in 2016 and served alongside Pastor Paul prior to leading our Church. |

Paul NorrisPaul serves alongside Wes as one of our Pastors. Paul led Full Life Church between 1982 and 2023 before transitioning leadership to Ps Wes. Prior to that he trained as a Planning Engineer. During his time as Senior Pastor, our Church has developed considerably! Our Church has moved site twice and also built a new larger facility with a new coffee house for our community.
Paul is committed to raising a generation of faith filled Christians who are passionate about serving others with a spirit of excellence. Paul is married to Cathy and they have two grown up children and two grandchildren! In his spare time he likes to travel and enjoy the countryside. When you see him next, be sure to ask him how many miles he has cycled this week or what classic car he is currently in to! |
